Rules are plain data — no code. Set extends: "meta-health" to keep every generic
rule and layer your brand's patterns on top. Each rule needs an id, a
tier (critical / high / caution), a
pattern (case-insensitive regex), and a message; fix and
drugAdjacent are optional. Below is a working example — edit it and hit save.
